These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Zuqepi and the provision of its business process automation services using artificial intelligence. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
This website is operated by Zuqepi ("we", "us", "our"), a business providing services related to the automation of business processes using artificial intelligence.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence within the United Kingdom.
Services may be requested through our website, by email, or by telephone. An order is considered placed once you have submitted a request specifying the services required, together with any information we reasonably request to scope the engagement.
No contract exists between you and Zuqepi until we send you a written confirmation (by email or other durable medium) accepting your order and setting out the agreed scope of work, timeline, and price. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example where the requested work falls outside our capabilities or where required information is not provided.
It is your responsibility to check the details of your order confirmation and notify us promptly of any errors.
All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added at the applicable rate where required by law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted prices cover the scope of work explicitly described in the order confirmation only. Additional requirements, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or ongoing maintenance are not included unless separately agreed and invoiced.
Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation or accompanying invoice. Payments may be required in advance, in instalments, or upon completion of milestones, depending on the nature of the engagement. Late payment may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
If you are a consumer and the contract was concluded at a distance (for example, entirely online or by phone), you may have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, generally within 14 days of the contract being formed, provided that performance of the service has not already begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that your cancellation right would be lost.
To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. If work has already commenced at your request, we may charge for services proportionately performed up to the point of cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us at [email protected] with details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time, and we aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
We rely on information and access provided by you to deliver automation services. We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information supplied by you.
